When can I start my driving lessons?
You can begin your driving lessons on your 17th birthday or anytime after.
What do I need to bring to my first lesson?
Please bring your provisional driving licence. If you wear glasses or contact lenses, make sure to bring them too, as you’ll need to read a car number plate from 20.5 metres.
Do I need a provisional driving licence to start driving lessons?
Yes, a valid provisional driving licence is required before you can begin lessons.

Do I need to pass my theory test before starting lessons?
No. You can start your driving lessons before passing the theory test. In fact, learning theory alongside your practical lessons is a great way to put your knowledge into practice.
How long is my theory test pass valid for?
Your theory test pass certificate is valid for 2 years. If you don’t pass your practical test within this time, you’ll need to retake the theory test.
I have a foreign licence – how can I get a UK licence?
If your licence was issued in the European Union or in one of the designated countries, you may be able to exchange it for a UK licence without taking a test.
Can I drive on dual carriageways while learning?
Yes. Driving on dual carriageways is an essential skill, and you’ll cover this in your lessons. However, motorways can only be driven on after passing your test.
Do you offer intensive driving courses?
Yes, we offer flexible intensive courses tailored to your needs. These can be completed in as little as 1 week or spread out over 4 weeks, depending on your schedule.
